Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Brillemos Juntas ! Before booking an appointment, please read my policies below. By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies. Please note, you can always find our most recent and current Policies on our booking site when you book your appointment. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 24 hours from the time of booking, please call the Nail Artist immediately at: (407) 375-3421, or your appointment could be canceled. PAYMENTS We require that all appointments be secured with a minimum of a $20.00 deposit for an in-studio appointment. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed. RESCHEDULE You can RESCHEDULE within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. CANCELATIONS Please contact us within 24 HOURS of Scheduled for CANCELATION. Your appointments are very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online or over the phone. Notice via text or voicemail is not accepted and will not be considered as a valid rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 24-hour notice will result in the charge of the full-service price. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. LATE SHOWS I utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After you are 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and your deposit will be lost. If you are going to be late, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE by calling the Nail Artist at: (407) 375-3421. NO SHOWS Any no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
